During this tour you will learn about the history of Glacier Distilling and the unique environment in which our spirits are produced. We will journey through the past and take a look at some of the original trailblazers who tamed our rugged backcountry and cut their teeth on Montana's moonshine. We'll also walk through our production floor and provide detailed insight on the grain to glass process. You'll learn what goes into a "mash," how we separate the "heads" and tails," and see our barreling and bottling processes. Of course, we'll be sampling some of the final product and learning about the unique flavor profiles expressed on the whiskey tasting wheel.
