SPRING HILL\, TN. 37174 Saturday\, December 2\, 2017 11:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. Dear Vendor\, Southern Springs by Del Webb is Spring Hill's hottest\, new active adult community for 55 and better. We are very excited to be hosting the very 1st Annual Holiday Bazaar! There will be over 20 vendors and would be honored to have you be a part of one of Spring Hill's biggest Holiday Events. The Southern Springs Holiday Bazaar will be advertised to over 4\,000 people through Del Webb homes\, The Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce\, and Advertiser News. This is a kid friendly event with free pictures with Santa\, live holiday music\, carolers and much more fun! We will provide complimentary valet and holiday refreshments all day for guests. There is no fee for admission however\, we encourage guests to bring a toy for Toys for Tots Charity. 1. Electrical outlets are limited. We will try to accommodate if possible. They are typically only available at certain wall locations and will be offered first-come first-served as we receive registrations indicating a need for electricity. 2. We will provide a catered lunch to all vendors and staff/assistants. 3. All crafters/vendors must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement before setting up. 4. Applications and fees received after all spaces are filled will be returned. 5. Set up times will be on Friday December 1st at 6:00pm-8:00pm 6. All vendors in the Sales Center will be provided with 1-8ft table with black linen and 2 chairs. 7. There is a space on the registration form for requests to have your booth be located near a specific vendor. Price for vendor space in a model home is reduced. Model home space is limited. We have 6 fully furnished model homes that all guests will be walking in and out throughout the day. Please refer to vendor registration form for pricing. 8. Displays must be set up by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event and must remain up until 3:00 p.m. No early take down is allowed and vendors who do not remain open until the end of the event may not be asked to return in the future. 9.
