Veterinary Client Care Services
We are bursting! We are a well-oiled machine when it comes to delivering incredible patient care and our clients love us, but we're seeking someone who understands what it means to take care of PEOPLE and be the face of the practice on the front lines. We DO need someone who is an over-the-top communicator and can actively get our clients from our database to charging our door to see us. We DO NOT need someone to simply answer the phone, this position is WAY bigger than that. We need a higher-level employee who can put names to faces, successfully deliver that call to clients, get to know our clients and what they need coming in the door, and see to it that everything is perfect and clients are satisfied before they leave. Have you ever experienced a truly awesome salesperson/waiter/waitress/host/concierge who knows you and has your every need as a customer already thought out before you are even aware? That's what we need! You must be a leader who can stay calm under pressure and take on responsibility for your area of expertise. This is a very high-intensity but very rewarding job and one of the most important positions on our team. We have a very strong organization with great leadership, just searching for the right person to join us to push us to the next level.
