Working with the Cottage Supervisor, the Assistant Supervisor provides direct care to clients and assures the philosophical, operational, and clinical integrity of milieu treatment. This position exercises management responsibilities over operations and personnel and may perform any of the responsibilities of a Cottage Supervisor under the direction of the Residential Director. This role shares on call responsibilities with the Cottage Supervisor and may also perform all the required functions of a Case Manager, as assigned.
The above knowledge, skills and abilities are typically acquired through graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a social science or closely-related field with four (4) or more years of relevant experience.
