Volunteers Needed for The Event at Rebecca Farm

Volunteers Needed for The Event at Rebecca Farm
Friday, July 24- Sunday, July 26

Volunteering for The Event at Rebecca Farm will be the only way to be on the grounds and view the beautiful horses and exciting action on the cross-country courses and in the arenas this year.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and cautions, there will be no spectators allowed at this year’s Event. The only attendees allowed on the grounds will be riders and their support teams, officials, competition staff and working volunteers.

Volunteers will provide General Assistance, or be positioned out on the Cross Country Courses, or in the Show Jumping and Dressage Arenas. There are morning and afternoon shifts available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, July 24th - 26th. No prior experience is necessary to volunteer.

Whether you’re a repeat attendee, or taking part for the first time, volunteering at The Event at Rebecca Farm provides a ‘backstage pass’ to the horses, the athletes, the scenery, and the camaraderie involved in three-day evening.

Following state and local protocols, and working under the guidance and requirements of the US Equestrian Federation, there will be many safety precautions in place. Masks and face coverings will be required in any setting where it’s not possible to social distance, and daily temperature checks will be mandatory.

Sign up is easy at https://www.rebeccafarm.org/get-involved/#volunteer to sign up for one or more shifts. Or email volunteer@rebeccafarm.org with questions.

Please come out, enjoy the beauty of Rebecca Farm, and be part of something special!
