Description

Trees play a vital role in Kalispell, enhancing our air and soil quality, supporting wildlife, and even boosting property values. Join us in honoring these natural assets at the City of Kalispell’s annual Arbor Day celebration! Festivities begin at 9:00 am with the official Arbor Day Ceremony at Lawrence Park. Following the ceremony the park is turned over to third graders who attend SD#5 schools for a day of exploration and interaction with environmental education station visits. Adults are invited to get their hands dirty for a good cause! Volunteers are needed to help plant trees throughout the city from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
