Come join FAYP to hear from some great leaders on both ends of the housing market here in the Flathead Area. We will have Nathan Dugan, president and co-founder of Shelter WF, and Bryon O'Reily, an esteemed real estate agent.
Nathan Dugan is the President and a co-founder of Shelter WF, a pro-housing organization that was formed to address local housing affordability issues but has grown to have a statewide impact. Founded in April 2022, Shelter WF worked with a broad coalition to pass sweeping statewide zoning reforms in Montana in early 2023. Nathan has worked in all aspects of the state legislative process, from pre-session one-on-ones with legislators to helping draft bills and amendments, to testifying in front of committees. In July 2022, he was appointed to Montana's Housing Task Force by the Governor and continues to serve in that role. Nathan does this work in a volunteer capacity and earns a living as a physical therapist.
