De-Escalating Training for Business

Due to demand, we are scheduling a second De-escalation training. Our goal - to keep Kalispell Safe, Welcoming, and Vibrant for all. Send your front line staff and management to gain confidence and have tools to best assist a neighbor in need or crisis. We have experts ready to help us gain information and knowledge.

If using the parking lot and back door (NW) entrance, go up the stairs/elevator to the 2nd floor. If entering on Main Street, please use the stairs/elevator to the 2nd floor and walk down the main hallway, turning right at the dead-end where you will see the board room.
