FRC provides expert knowledge and guidance to help customers find their best fit in footwear, apparel, and gear to stay active, healthy and happy.

Fit Specialist Position (Full Time 30-40 hrs/week)

- Engage with customers and recommend products that will help them reach their goals

- Operate 3D foot scanning technology and translate this information in a digestible manner, helping the customer find the right fit for their unique needs

- Maintain store cleanliness and organization

- Operate the register, process returns/exchanges, place special orders

- Support your team members on the sales floor

- Inform customers of local group runs, events, training and injury prevention resources.

- Be available to work at least one weekend day
