HAYDEN HOMES TO CELEBRATE GRAND OPENING OF EAGLE VALLEY RANCH COMMUNITY IN KALISPELL

Press Release Community Chamber

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Kalispell, Mont., Sept. 28, 2026—Hayden Homes is proud to announce the Grand Opening of Eagle Valley Ranch, a new single-family home community in Kalispell with a ribbon-cutting event hosted in partnership with the Kalispell Chamber beginning at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 30.

The ribbon-cutting event will be held at 2337 Jefferson Blvd., in Kalispell, followed by family-focused activities held during the Grand Opening weekend. Community and media are invited to attend these celebratory events. Additional details below.

Eagle Valley Ranch offers homes starting at $534,990, adding much needed housing for the Kalispell workforce, including teachers, first responders and service employees. Eagle Valley Ranch is already deeply embedded in the fabric of the region through collaborations with the City of Kalispell, industry partners, trades workers and civic organizations, which all helped bring the community to life.

The community is located just two miles from Kalispell’s largest shopping center and is surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, combining convenience with beauty. Home plans will range from 1,408 to 3,195 square feet and three to five bedrooms. All homes come with professionally landscaped front and back yard, and fully insulated garages.

“We’re proud to bring Eagle Valley Ranch to Kalispell,” said Kaleb Simon, Regional Manager for Hayden Homes. “This community represents our commitment to building quality homes that serve the people who keep our towns thriving–from educators to emergency staff–and to investing alongside local partners to support community well‑being.”

In support of building a strong community in Kalispell and Hayden Homes’ Give As You Go™ philosophy, the company will present a donation to the Whitefish Community Foundation’s Kids Fund during the ribbon-cutting. The Kids Fund recently awarded a $44,500 grant to the Center for Restorative Youth Justice to provide on-site mental health counseling for young people and also supports health, safety and education programs that help prevent youth homelessness and strengthen local support systems.

“We’re grateful to Hayden Homes for investing in local kids and families,” said Alan Davis, President and CEO of Whitefish Community Foundation. “The Kids Fund helps young people get the support they need before a difficult situation becomes a crisis, and this generous gift will help local youth-serving organizations provide stability, opportunity and a stronger foundation for kids and families across the Flathead Valley."

Homes are available now for reservation. Learn more about the Eagle Valley Ranch community at hayden-homes.com.
